The Cypriot cheese industry has a high production capacity. This allows us to be part of the international market which presents significant opportunities for our business, as well as increase our domestic market share.

 

The export of our traditional products is probably the most important part of our business. We always strive to maintain our traditional values and authenticity of our products, no matter what.

 

Pantziarou Brothers Ltd exports more than 90% of its total production to the international market, by sea and air transport. We predominantly export to the following countries: United Kingdom, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Australia and USA.

 

Our major exporting product and powerful asset is of course our genuine Cypriot halloumi with all its variables, which were developed over time following consumer preferences. Some of the different types of halloumi exported are: traditional halloumi, block halloumi, sliced halloumi and halloumi with flavours (chilli).

 

Up until today, our business has exported 2000 tons of products and our goal for this year is to reach 8000+ tons.

 

Our unique advantage is the BRC - AA World Food Safety Certification, which certifies the safety, legality and quality of our products as well as production processes.
