We all know that cheese is made from milk, one could claim that’s a magical product.

It’s considered a well balanced food because it consists of proteins, fat, vitamins, water and minerals, all essential for the human body.

But this precious food in its raw form, pasteurised or not, in the fridge or elsewhere, is difficult to maintain for more than a few days. So, man has found various ways to preserve its precious ingredients for as long as possible. One of them is cheese making.

If we were to simplify how cheese is made, we would say that it is the process of separating the milk solids from the whey into a new product, with a new texture, taste and aroma, but it retains all the benefits unchanged from its raw form, the milk: proteins, fats, vitamins A, B, D, E, K as well as minerals and trace elements. Milk and cheese, together with other dairy products, must be consumed 2-3 times a day due to their nutritional value.
