• Anari cheese, cut in 2 cm slices

1.Cut the anari cheese into consistent slices with a wet knife.

2.On two phyllo pastry sheets, three times the size of the anari slices, place the anari, a mint leaf and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.

3.Fold into an envelope and wet the edges with water to seal.

4.Fry the envelopes in hot oil and then place on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

5.They can also be baked in the oven if we brush the envelopes with oil or melted butter.

6.Bake at 180 degrees Celsius.

7.Serve with strawberry syrup or any other syrup of your choice.
