Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of red pepper
  • 2 slices of green pepper
  • 2 slices of aubergine
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of halloumi with chilli or paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 2 bread buns

Method:

1. Coat the vegetable slices (except the tomato) with olive oil and grill or cook in the oven. Then grill the halloumi.

2. Place the halloumi in the buns, add the cooked vegetables and tomato slices. Secure with bamboo skewers.

3. Serve with BBQ sauce
