• 4 thick slices of anari or halloumi cheese
  • 100gr sugar
  • 15gr butter
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped walnuts


1. In a non-stick pan, place the sugar with the butter until the mixture browns, then stir in the orange and lemon juices.

2. Cook the sauce until it’s slightly thickened.

3. Serve the anari or halloumi cheese with the orange sauce. You can sprinkle the cheese with walnuts and serve it with ice cream.
