1.Spread the jam in the centre of the tortilla.
2.Add the halloumi or anari, the dried fig cut into small pieces and rocket leaves with the oil.
3.Fold in two edges and then roll the tortilla sticking the end with some more jam.
4.It can be served as finger food by rolling in cling film, refrigerating and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
